Fireman Sam was Welsh, he lived in PontyPandy and Norman was naughty. I showed Amanda SuperTed, another Welsh cartoon.

I think most cartoons were created on a trip. SpongeBob SquarePants is the perfect example, along with Scooby-Doo and Ren and Stimpy.
